The Complex is a group of bars all located in one convenient building with a small food court in the middle. Most of the bars have a tout outside yelling for you to come in and have a look. The prices here tend to be cheaper than on Burgos Street and the talent is not as good but you can find an occasional jewel here. The complex is only minutes from Makati by taxi and you can find several inexpensive hotels near by for all night or short time.
